  2. ⚡ Match role to column for full impact. Cross-column help is legal, but weaker.
  3. 🚀 Click SHIP IT to resolve the round. Stories move after phase cost is fully paid.
  4. 🧱 Respect WIP limits. When Testing jams, everything to the left gets blocked.
  5. đź’¸ Only deployed stories earn VP + Budget. Half-built brilliance scores exactly zero.
